Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware and assembly tools included.
Schedule a Pickup
For small items, we will email a prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight carrier to collect the item from your home.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
